• Transmitter has a "Dual Correction Zone," and has different levels of correction that can be changed by the pet owner (without expensive service fees). The correction level is changed at the transmitter.
• Receivers are guaranteed to be water resistant, eliminating expensive fees for water damage.
• Initial training session is included in your installation. Our job is to make sure you are comfortable and understand how to get your dog trained and happy!
• All Dog Guard products are designed and assembled in the U.S.A. (Troy, NY).
• Absolutely no hidden costs! Your quoted price is the price you pay. We even have a price match guarantee. If you are quoted a lower price for a comparable system we will match their price.
• Unsurpassed customer service! We understand that questions and problems cannot wait. We are available days, evenings, and weekends. Your calls will be answered and/or returned promptly during the day.
• A battery plan is offered, and you are not asked to prepay. Batteries are sent out twice a year. An invoice and return envelope is included in the package. Batteries are $14.00 + tax.
