Neil came out and found the break in the wire of our in-ground system. He was on time, very knowledgable and efficient in solving our problem. He is a very likable young man who we would recommend to anyone. It's nice to deal with servicemen/technicians like him.
Wanted to wait at least a month to respond. Well, nothing but the highest of praise. From the moment we contacted Neil, he was available for all questions whether just questions on product info, installation, price, etc. We have 2 Golden Retrievers and we but up to a lake. This also posed questions as far as installation which he aptly discussed. Neil was prompt, very courteous and took as much time as we needed to go over placement of the fence, go over any concerns or thoughts we had and made sure we understood all facets of the install. He additionally was very helpful with the training aspect and what we should expect in the coming days and weeks as far as progress goes. I cannot begin to express how happy we are with this product and the peace of mind it has given to us. If your reading this, you are probably at the same stage I was in wondering IF you should go down this road, purchase a cheaper product and hope it works as well and wether in general its worth it. Neil was awesome. Through the whole process from the initial call to request a quote, get a quote, and determine a date of installation (which he accommodated an evening installation to work around my work schedule) to the physical installation, Neil was the epitome of 5-star service and he had a top-notch understanding of his system and setup. He's a proud owner of the local branch/franchise of the company, and it shows. He was easy to talk to not only about the fence but about family and life in general. By his representation, I would always go back to him for any support or new fences we may need in the future. And I highly recommend him for your own pet fence. This is an awesome company to work with. They gave me a quote for our fence is less than 24 hours. The invisible fence was a game changer for us. We have a very "spirited" 5 month old Brittney. He learned very quickly the boundry of the fence. We now can let him out to play in the yard and burn off some of his endless energy. Neil was very professional and had the job done in a few hours. We had an amazing experience with Neil & Molly. They offered a free quote based off of our address and helped us pick the best boundary for our dogs, their needs and our complicated property line. My dogs learned extremely quick where the boundary is and stay in it even with distractors. This product has given us such a great peace of mind knowing they are safe.

Iāve never been so happy!!! Our crazy dog stays right inside our property! The guys were great! So sweet and helpful! They came and walked out property with us to make sure it went where we wanted and what would be best. I had training questions and they were on it. They checked in! PLEASE use these guys!!!
